The Girl Scout Program is for girls, grades K-8, ranging from Daisy Scouts through Cadette Scouts. The program, staffed entirely by volunteer mothers, gives girls a chance to make new friends while experiencing the adventures of camping and trying new things in pursuit of patches and badges. Group decision-making and girl-directed activities are encouraged at all levels, giving the girls an excellent opportunity to devleop social skills and self-esteem.
